Group training is for paddlers who want to increase their technical paddling skills whether for fitness or to train for their next race.
Performance-based stand up paddle program
Each week will have a new and exciting challenge provided by coach Harmony Dawn and the conditions on the River!
PREREQUISITE:
Intermediate/Advanced skills required.
Paddlers must be able to get back up on your board
unassisted and have a solid understanding of advanced turning techniques.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
12'6 or 14' board required
Rental Boards may be available please contact.
WHAT TO BRING:
Clothing for all types of weather conditions.
Wear what you would wear to go for a run or a bike ride at this time of night.
Bright shirts or hats are recommended.

Mondays- West Women’s
Thursdays- Coed -Downtown/Ottawa River Rotation
Friday- Coed West

This program consists of stroke development, advanced turns, race starts, and strategy.
